All Saints' Bellringers

On Thursday evenings, Sunday mornings and sometimes on other occasions such as weddings, you can hear our village bells ring out. Braunston is fortunate in having an excellent “ring” of six bells and an enthusiastic band of ringers.

English bellringing is a unique artform which dates from around the 16th or 17th centuries, becoming an important part of our English Heritage.

Ringing attracts people from all walks of life, male and female, young and old. It offers friendship, within our own band and with other ringers, together with moderate mental and physical exercise. (Cheaper and much more interesting than the leisure centre!)

We welcome new recruits; if you would like to know more, visit us any Thursday evening from 7.30 p.m. onward, or contact Pat Milner.
