Charitable Donations 2015

Every year the Church Council assigns a sum of money to a variety of charitable causes. The list below lists the charities which we supported financially in 2015. In addition to this obvious giving we have many ongoing initiatives such as fundraising for Hope and Homes for Children via the very popular Penny Pots and auctioning harvest festival produce for the Farm Crisis Network. Our children’s groups enjoy collecting food for the Daventry Foodbank and we helped a remarkable local initiative at Christmas to deliver Christmas food and gifts to families of children who are the main carer for a sick parent.

We are currently also building links with two other local charities: Daventry Contact and Daventry Consolidated Charity to see how All Saints’ can help in their practical work of alleviating poverty in Daventry.

We have also supported Hope4 in Rugby, Fawsley Church, and the Historic Churches Trust.
