Becoming a Christian

No one person has the same journey - coming to know and trust in God. We are all made differently. There may come a time in your life when you have questions that need answering or you may have an overiding sense that there is 'someone out there' who has a plan and purpose for your life. Some come to sense God at the lowest  times of their lives when there is no-one else to cry out to - others at moments of incredible personal joy. We believe that God came close to us in one person  Jesus Christ and that he continues to to come close to us by his Spirit - speaking to us through his Word, speaking to us through the wonders of Creation and the small actions of human love. Believing in him can sometimes be difficult when life is busy, or times are hard - but the Bible and the words of past Christians (tradition) can help guide us and inspire us through such times.

Being a Christian I believe is a daily walk of 'staying connected' to God as shown to us in Jesus Christ. It is hard to do this journey alone - so please come and be part of our family. You will find a lot of laughter, encouragement and support here at All Saints!

We meet on a Sunday and in mid-week for the express purpose of worshipping God, having fellowship together and being strengthened by God for the coming week.
